Every maintenance request was actioned, and every email was answered and any issue was handled quickly and efficiently, making my time renting with them easy. As a first time home buyer with no experience in property market, heard of all the stressful stories from my colleagues, friends and family members, I was so lost and unsure of where to start, physically and mentally drained and on top of that I was juggling with the very busy work schedules.

From the first video call with Leigh, I could feel that I found the right person. I was so pleased that he explained to me about the process like a 5th grader the whole time with bite size information which made me less overwhelm.

Leigh was very knowledgeable, down to earth person, always patient and responsive with no matter how small or big questions I had. He was always enthusiastic with his job, and always on time with the appointments. He even gave me numerous times of lift to different places for inspections.

Within a month, Leigh helped me secure a beautiful two bedrooms villa unit with a lower price which gave me extra cash flow. He gave me detailed advice which made the buying process a lot faster than I thought. I was very relieved, calm during the whole process moreover, save me a lot time! I didn’t even feel like I was buying a house. Even my family and friends were very amazed with the process I went through. I would use the Buyer’s Advocate service again in the future and I recommend to anyone who wants to buy a property for any reason. I was at a crossroads trying to buy a house and really needed some expert guidance. I'd been very impressed by Leigh's website and decided to see what he had to offer. He emailed me almost instantly after I pressed send on my enquiry. He set up a telephone meeting for the next day and I decided after a fifteen minute chat to use Leigh as my buyers advocate. I don't know if he'd appreciate this comment but I felt like I was being taken care of by a kindly rural GP who really listened and genuinely wanted to help. Within a couple of months we'd secured a property that completely surpassed our expectations and Leigh supported us the entire way. His company handled all the paperwork and made it a very easy experience for us. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Buyer's Advocate and the team I've been working with there - Liz and Rachel. I'm a textbook sceptic of real estate agents and every interaction I've had with Liz and Rachel - be it an (extremely fast turnaround!) e-mail, phone call or text - has flipped any reservations I previously had upside-down. Of note, I had a relatively long-term, excellent tenant move out, another equally promising tenant move in, move out inspections, bond refunded, all contracts organised and I barely lifted a finger. THAT is what a top notch agency does.
