Vacating Advice

In accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act, 1997, rent must be paid up to the date of vacating. A Renter must provide, in writing their intention to vacate a property with a 28 days notice period.

Information including your name, phone number, email address, property address and the vacate date is required to attend to your request to vacate the property.

Your property manager will confirm receipt of this notice by forwarding confirmation in writing of your vacate date together with a final inspection guide and bond claim form. Your security deposit or bond is held with the RTBA and therefore it is mandatory to complete a bond claim form for the return of these funds which your property manager will action once they have completed your vacate inspection.
