  • BURST HOT WATER SERVICE
  • BLOCKED OR BROKEN TOILET
  • SERIOUS ROOF LEAK
  • GAS LEAK
  • DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL FAULTS
  • SERIOUS STORM, FIRE OR FLOOD
  • SERIOUS FAULT IN A LIFT OR STAIRCASE IN THE RENTED PREMISES
  • FAILURE OR BREAK DOWN OF ANY ESSENTIAL SERVICE OR APPLIANCE PROVIDED BY A LANDLORD OR AGENT FOR HOT WATER, WATER, COOKING, HEATING OR LAUNDERING

Please always try to contact your Property Manager before contacting one of our trades people. If you cannot contact your Property Manager and you do call one of our trades people directly, please ensure to email all details to maintenance@buyersadvocate.com.au as soon as possible.
