Negotiation and Auction Bidding: Offered for client’s who have already found a property they’re interested in. Buyer’s Advocate will conduct a thorough analysis and research the property, and develop the best strategy to acquire the property.

This depends upon your criteria and whether it is a home or an investment purchase, however on average, from the time of engagement to securing a property can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 45 days depending on market conditions.
Your retainer is required to be paid within 7 days of the invoice date and your success fee is payable within 7 days after the contract on the property becomes unconditional.
