As an existing Renter, should any maintenance or repairs be required in your rental property, rest assured that Buyer’s Advocate Property Management will be able to help. All maintenance requests are to be reported in writing or by using the online reporting method explained at the time of your induction.
For any urgent maintenance, please follow the instructions provided at your induction.
If you wish to vacate your rental property, please email your property manager including your vacate date. Your Property Manager will confirm receipt of your notice once it has been received.
