Vacating Advice

In accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act, 1997. I/We acknowledge that rent must be paid up to the date of vacating and my/our responsibility under the Act that states: A tenant under a tenancy agreement shall not refuse to pay rent on the grounds that he intends to regard as rent by him the security deposit or any part of the security deposit paid by him in respect of the premises. Your security deposit is held with the RTBA and therefore it is mandatory to complete a bond claim form for the return of the security deposit.

Your property manager will confirm receipt of this notice by forwarding confirmation in writing of your vacate date together with a final inspection guide and bond claim form.

Buyers Advocate Property Management request certain personal information which includes your name, phone number, email address and address in order to attend to your request to vacate the property. Without such information, we may be unable to provide the services requested by you.
