Client Brief: Our client wanted to buy close to her family and grand children who lived in Kew. Also wanted to avoid owners corporations if that was possible for her budget of $1.3M.

Our Solution: We purchased a great single fronted home in 2014 for $1.25M within a prime Kew pocket. One of two but on its own title and no common land.

A number of these properties are now selling in excess of $2M.

Client Brief: Seeking a large 3 bedroom villa in Camberwell close to children and grandkids

Our Solution: We secured a 3 bed 2 bath 2 car spaces within walking distance to family. Bought at auction for $1.115M in December 2014. Within 8 months of the purchase another villa in the block sold for $1.41M – same condition and size

Client Brief: Our clients were looking for a low maintenance single level option to call home.

Our Solution: We purchased this single level, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom appeal unit which we knew the bases were going to be loaded and competition fierce. A strong opening bid kicked off the competitive bidding and once announced on the market/unreserved we were run up and eventually ended up securing this home for $59,000 under our clients expectations.

Client Brief: After receiving a phone call on Wednesday night from the client about a property they wanted to secure we swung into action on Thursday morning.

Our Solution: We completed our inspection and most of the due diligence  by lunchtime on the Thursday followed by another final inspection on the Friday morning to check off any further items. An offer was made against three other interested parties, all of which had already made their offer prior to us. It’s usually our questioning techniques of the selling agent that puts our clients in front of the crowd to secure the home. On this occasion, a win for our clients with a massive turnaround from a Wednesday open for inspection where the client was driving past the house to secured it for them by Friday afternoon.
