We just wanted to thank Sam Lally for all his help and support over the last few months and especially these past few weeks as we finished the paperwork. It has been stressful for us being overseas and we really appreciate all of the guidance, his availability out of hours for phone calls and emails and patience with our endless questions! I think there's a lot of points where someone else would have told us to sort ourselves out or the deal would fall through and then wash their hands of it, and it means a lot that Sam went so far out of your way to help us. I can't thank Leigh enough for his help finding me my first home. After months of searching on my own, trying to navigate a market I didn't fully understand, and negotiating (poorly) with real estate agents, I reached out on the recommendation of my broker. As a first time home buyer with no experience in property market, heard of all the stressful stories from my colleagues, friends and family members, I was so lost and unsure of where to start, physically and mentally drained and on top of that I was juggling with the very busy work schedules. I was at a crossroads trying to buy a house and really needed some expert guidance. I'd been very impressed by Leigh's website and decided to see what he had to offer. He emailed me almost instantly after I pressed send on my enquiry. He set up a telephone meeting for the next day and I decided after a fifteen minute chat to use Leigh as my buyers advocate.
