To put it succinctly, Martine has been the best investment I have made in my property journey! As a first home buyer, I had spent a number of demoralising years trying to find and purchase my first property. I realised that I needed a professional on my side. My first bit of luck was finding my fantastic mortgage broker, and my second was his recommendation of Martine.
From the first call, she walked me through the process and clearly explained what she would look for. Throughout the journey, she has answered each and every concern and question I had (and trust me, I asked some dumb ones), and ensured that I knew everything that was happening and when. She followed up, sent through diligent reports on the selected properties, checked in with me (including for items outside her scope), and made sure I was motivated and comfortable with the entire process.
