It’s always an emotionally charged, blind-folded journey in the real estate world, but your experience, council and guidance has given us confidence that we got the right house at the right price and that peace of mind is priceless.
I am pleasantly surprised I have actually enjoyed the process of searching, bargaining, and buying at auction, I couldn’t have had that confidence without Buyer’s Advocate.

Hi Leigh,
Thanks for all your help. Like a true sceptic I have been doing a little more homework today to reassure myself I paid the right price. Anywhere between $450k-$460k would have been nice but what's more important is that I have managed to secure the right house in the right street on a real good block of land. It's already starting to look cheap.
Having yourself there helped keep the whole experience professional and keep everyone involved honest. Just being able to bounce ideas of someone who knows what's going on gave me the confidence to stay level headed, think straight and be decisive enough to get the job done! It can be disheartening to keep missing out all the time. I won't hesitate in hiring your help again as I really believe it was money well spent. And the best part is I never have to speak to a Real Estate again.

Our sincere appreciation to Gil for so expertly steering us through the house buying process. He took away much of the stress for us, gave us accurate information, and best of all, managed to secure the property we wanted, at the price we wanted. Even the vendor’s real estate agent commented favourably on his professionalism and hard bargaining skills!
