Cate Dundon

With over twenty years experience in client service working with some of the largest businesses in Australia, Cate brings to us a high level of business acumen and an established and respected business network in real estate. But it is Cate and her natural affinity with people that we are most pleased to have on our team.

Cate has worked as a Buyers Advocate for several years, a Licensed Agents Representative, she understands the Melbourne market intimately having bought for a range of Melbourne based, interstate and overseas clients. Cate is motivated, methodical and works to achieve the best result for her clients at all times.  She is also an experienced property purchaser and renovator herself so knows what to look for when purchasing property. 

Cate's passion for property will ensure you are only provided with the best options to fit your budget.  "If I need to inspect 30 properties to find the one that I feel meets the clients criteria then that is what is required - I won't compromise as I treat every purchase like my own".

Cate is also a qualified Interior Designer and is available to assist clients with design direction and ideas on renovating their family homes or investment property. So as you can see property is very much Cate's passion.
