Sam (Certified Agents Representative, REBAA Member) has been operating in the real estate industry for over 20 years and has found his niche in helping property purchasers make the right decisions.
Having also previously been a selling agent in both Melbourne’s Inner Eastern and Northern suburbs, Sam is an accomplished property negotiator which in turn gets the best result for his clients. Having grown up in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, attending Xavier College in Kew and currently living in the Inner Eastern suburbs has enabled Sam to further cement his knowledge and expertise of the Melbourne property market.
Having bought over two hundred million dollar’s worth of real estate across most Melbourne suburbs for clients, Sam’s in-depth knowledge of both sides of the transaction, the differing marketplaces and their demographics can ultimately achieve his clients a much better result!
During his spare time, Sam will be training in the Martial Arts, in which he currently holds the rank of 2nd Dan Black Belt in Okinawan karate, supporting the Hawthorn Football Club at many of their winning matches, snow skiing or relaxing with family and friends!
